This is a fix to the icaloTight issue for photon triggers. This is addressing issues mentioned and discussed in ATR-25982, ATR-23728 and ATR-24722.
This fix adds same functionality as in Run2 for calorimeter isolation. Namely optional cuts o either topoetcone/pt for 20, 30 and 40 cone size.
It also adds the monitoring of those variables and updated configuration of the cuts for isolation working points icaloloose (currently implemented) and smae icalotight implemented in Run2, namely a cut on topoetcone40/pt plus an offset.
Values and implementetion of cuts are commented in the code
This MR changes counts on icalotight chains as expected.
