Drop New fom CA-based module names for Sensitive Detector configuration

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:SensitiveDetCA_22.0 into 22.0

Following the changes in !55510 (merged), it is now possible to rename the modules containing the CA-based configuration for Geant4 sensitive detector packages from ...ConfigNew.py to ...Config.py so that they are consistent with the rest of the CA-based configuration.

Should be undrafted after !55541 (merged) is merged.
