Adding phase1 topo module as input to standalone script

Simply adding switch on off option for decoding phase1 L1Topo module. This is needed in case data is not containing relevant module.

In addition, limiting histogram range in case of maximum inv. mass requirement from the menu is greater than 4GeV.
