Draft: remove the "All" instance of the histogram naming

"All" is still needed when running with all chains, and also with only the idMon chains, but if we just want to run one set of chains, as in the ART test case, then stick with the default "Expert" names - will likely need references updated, but i will try to grt the reference remapping "All" -> "Expert" implemented for teh comparitor call.
