ATLASRECTS-7136: Fix for tier0 b-tagging crash

The decoration that I'm deleting here is already set by another upstream algorithm. Unfortunately the upstream algorithm was using it to communicate with another downstream algorithm, so by overwriting it we were interfering and causing a crash.
