Fix ART nightly test Tracking_fromESDMC20e

  • Only run Pixel, SCT clustierization and create TRT_RIOs if the RDOs are available which is not the case when reading ESDs, for which the output collections exist already.
  • Do not attempt to recreate Si-MultiTruth if the Pixel or SCT SDO maps do not exist which is not the case when reading ESDs for which the output collections exist already.
  • Redo truth links and create calo seeds.
