Drop New fom CA-based module names for ForwardDetectors Digitization configuration

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:RenameNewFwdConfigModule_22.0 into 22.0

Following the changes in !55721 (merged), it is now possible to rename the modules containing the CA-based configuration for FowardDetectors digitization packages from ...ConfigNew.py to ...Config.py so that they are consistent with the rest of the CA-based configuration.

Where CA-based configuration modules were missing, they have been added.
