jFEX input data decoders allowing error mode read out

This MR is meant to allow not just the full input data readout, but also the error mode read out. It allows to run over the input data in which there are error and therefore they are read out.

  • Full readout expects 1928 data words in each ROB (8 words * 60 channels * 4 FPGA * 6 modules + 2Trailers * 4 FPGAs)

Commented out prints are needed for debug
