Fix obsolete scheduling of StreamBS

Peter Van Gemmeren requested to merge gemmeren/athena:AthenaIO_ByteStream_StreamFix into master

The old Gaudi style configuration doesn't work with AthenaMT and Stream is not executed. This should fix Jira ATLASRECTS-6843 , however there seems to be a different problem with Pixel.
