Rename CA-based Digitization, SubdetectorEnvelopes and TrackRecordGenerator configuration modules

Following the changes in !55823 (merged), it is now possible to rename the modules containing the CA-based configuration for the Digitization, SubdetectorEnvelopes, TRT_TR_Process and TrackRecordGenerator packages from ...ConfigNew.py to ...Config.py so that they are consistent with the rest of the CA-based configuration.
