Clang format MuonRdoToPrepData, MuonMDT_CnvTools, MuonByteStreamCnvTest, MuonByteStream

Hi everybody,

this is a pure clang-format MR. No logical code changes apart from a few include fixes. The MR is a prerequisite of !55852 (merged) where I need to fix a few things in the prepdata conversion and the formatting in these packages is ultra messy.
