TrigCost: Handle walltime read both from histogram and TProfile

Follow up to !55881 (merged) - support walltime retrieval both from TH1 histogram and new, TProfile

Includes also a small fix in ROS monitoring - save only information about ROBs associated with the currently processed ROS, not all the ROBs in the request.
