adding UFO jets to PHYSLITE and updating jet sequence

This MR adds UFO large-R jets to PHYSLITE (as AnalysisLargeRJets), and also makes some updates to the jet analysis sequence (some of those are needed for the UFO jets, but there are also few updates that concern other jet types)
