move algorithms back into PreSel folder, adjust offline MET to use finalTrkMET, fix efficiency plots

  • Declare a new list to store algorithms that will be stored in the PreSel folder, move some algorithms back into this list.
  • There was previously a large peak at zero MET in the offline MET distribution, now offline MET is accesses the finalTrkMET.
  • Minor naming mistakes in the efficiency plots left some empty, fix the naming error so that the efficiency plots are populated using the no mu offline MET.
