Update IDTR2 V0Finder

Jackson Carl Burzynski requested to merge jburzyns/athena:update-IDTR2-V0Finder into master
  1. The API for Reco_V0Finder was recently changed (!55893 (merged)), which broke the IDTR2 derivation. This MR updates the derivation to work with the new version
  2. TruthParticles and TruthVertices are now added to IDTR2
