Draft: Update CTP simulation config to use supplied bunch group in data

Updating the CTP simulation so that when we run the L1 trigger simulation in data (and also comsics MC) we use the bunch group set from thebunch group conditions algorithm. This way we simulate triggers in non-fileed bunch groups (ATR-24852).
