TrfTestART: Add dcube histograms for q442 PHYSLITE test

Add a dcube histogram comparison in Tools/TrfTestsART/test/test_trf_q442_phys_physlite_mt_mp.sh for the DAOD_PHYSLITE output. Plots simple n/pt/eta/phi histograms of the 5 Analysis* containers and compares them to a 23.0.4 reference.

The histograms are produced with the new script Tools/PROCTools/python/xAODHist.py based on xAODDigest.py to save histograms in an extra ROOT file from DAOD_PHYSLITE or DAOD/AODs inputs mainly for subsequent dcube plotting in ART jobs.
