BoostedJetTaggers: update HL-LHC top tagger test script tree setup

Maximilian Amerl requested to merge mamerl/athena:21.2-mamerl-hllhctaggingupdate into 21.2

Fix issue in the setup of the TTree for the test script used for HL-LHC taggers - massCut and passMass branch name were used in the same place causing ambiguity.

Add additional logging and checks to the test script to tell the user when CVMFS CalibArea is used and determine whether to use local config files in the test script based on a boolean variables.

(These changes were made on the same branch as a previous update MR)
