[trigEGam] TrigEgammaMonitorPhoton - Applying tight WP in the offline photons

With this MR we will to fix the following issues:

(a) Apply the tight WP requirement for all offline photons inside the photon monitoring algorithm;

(b) Including distribution plots for the Fast Photon step;

(c) Including categories for offline EGamma DQ team retrieve some currently used chains (as was done in the Run2);

Discussions are being made in the JIRA tickets: ATR-26229 and ATR-26217 .
