EXOT15 bug-fix calRatio jets cleaning in skimming

Unfortunately, we found a new bug in the EXOT15 derivation skimming with the cleaning of the calratio jet. The condition on the HECQuality in the current cleaning [1] has a flipped sign [2].

The impact in the derivation size is minor (%), but it has a non-negligible impact in the CR+leptons analysis especially at low pT. This condition is fixed by using the official JetCleaningTool to apply the condition and it has been checked to reject the same events as the previous condition with the flipped sign.
