Cleanup of jet derivation framework and migrations from r22

This MR takes care of a couple of issues:

  • Fixes to the smart slimming list of large-R truth jets and addition of one small-R jet variable. This variable is used in the updated jet calibration and are needed for analyses in the future (most of the truth jet variables were already included via MCTruthCommon)
  • Removal of JETMX formats that are not needed anymore (and the corresponding ART tests)
  • Migration of UFO thinning code from R21 to R22
  • Removal of code in derivation framework that is not used anymore
  • Addition of small-R and large-R UFO jets in JETM13 as well as event shape for UFO CSSK
