JpsiUpsilon and V0Finder: Clean up Includes + Add JpsiFinder CA Unit Test

  • Add CA config method for JpsiFinder and JpsiAlg
  • Add unit test for JpsiAlg - useful as a skeleton for BPhys algorithms
  • Prevent BeamSpotCondAlgCfg being added if not needed in InDetTrackSelectorToolCfg
