Some fixes: L1CaloCond WARNING (ATR-26239), histo name in Mistimed and Debug messages, Calib1 and Calib2 options for RampMaker

Hello, This MR is for a few fixes. It is solving the WARNING message in the L1CaloCond reported in ATR-26239. I fix a histo name in the Mistimed jobOption and change some info messages to debug. For RampMaker I added the option that the alg itself chose to use Calib1 or Calib2.
