Improvements to VerboseSelector UserAction and fix for ATLASSIM-5994

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:ImprovedSimDebugging_22.0 into 22.0

Small bugfix to VerboseSelector UserAction to avoid excessive print outs in the case of selecting particular PDG IDs.

This then allows us to print out detailed tracking information only for the susy/exotic particles added by the G4Extensions.

This merge request also updates the test_MC21a_FullG4MT_QS_Monopoles_CAvsCG.sh job not to use the Intel Math Library, which should make the output reproducible on all Intel CPUs - this should fix ATLASSIM-5994.
