Simultaneous running of JMS and JES precision flavour recommendations in AT

Previously using the JMS recommendations together with the new JES precision flavour recommendations would lead to a crash in AT because the respective calibrations files are stored in different directories. Now calibration files which allow for using JMS_frozen and JMS_scaled as JMS options together with the new JES precision flavour uncertainty option are available in the respective ../Summer2022_JMS/... directory.
