Update InDetAlignment tools implementation to use TrackParticleCreatorTool
In view of the clean-up of the Trk::TrackSummary content https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-2807, tools relying on the shared hits information need to be updated to retrieve this information from the xAOD::TrackParticle instead. This MR covers tools used for alignement.
