Adding VdM trigger items for lumi

The additional BGRP10, 11, 15 items are placed only in the pp L1 menu here. If they would be wanted in the HI/low-mu menu there should also be space, but this was not AFAIK in the request.

Would ideally like to include this at the same time as the item definition fixes in !54931 (merged) such that we pass both changes to CTP for configuration at once.
