add infrastructure and demonstrator-code for AODFix in CA-based jobs

Introduce AODFix for ComponentAccumulator jobs.

The files AODFixConfig.py and AODFixHelper.py contains the AOD-Fix infrastructure. This is now called from PoolReadConfig.py in case of AOD-reading.

The remaining files are part of a demonstrator that does nothing useful.
