Fix ITkTrackParticleCnvAlgCfg

Fix CA config of ITkTrackParticleCnvAlgCfg. Forgot to remove the extra explicit TrackContainerName argument, preventing the kwargs one to be set. Only relevant when non-default config is called, like to convert track seeds to track particles.
