Initial functionality of MultiTrajectory using backend in xAODTracking

In this MR the MultiTrajectory (so far an empty class) obtained first part of the functionality using backend containers residing in their final destination (xAODTracking). The TrackState is modified to provide access by pointers as needed by MTJ::component. Unit tests extended appropriately.
