remove plain passwds in scripts ATR-25572

remove plain passwds in Trigger/TrigT1/TrigT1CTMonitoring/scripts (python) see: ATR-25572

• we will now be using the installed $CORAL_AUTH_PATH/authentication.xml for username and passwd lookup instead of them being hardcoded
