Add basic Run 4 tests to TrfTestsART

Adds the following basic Run 4 tests to TrfTestART:

  • no pile-up
  • pile-up with mu=200 and standard digi
  • pile-up with mu=200 and overlay

Statistics are low for now but we can increase them later if needed. We could also add regression tests as a follow-up.
