Muon truth CA config update
Following the Upgrade PhysVal first test in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLPHYSVAL-885, it has been noticed that the reco-truth matching does not seem to work in Upgrade sample and indeed the recoMuonLink decorations appear to be absent for the AODs produced with the new CA configs, while they are present with the legacy config.
This MR updates the muon truth CA configs to schedule the relevant algorithms to be run on the CombinedMuon collections.
