Update to electron TnP ART test in-line with menu changes

Harry Simpson requested to merge hsimpson/athena:ART_test_update_2709 into 22.0

There were recent changes to the menu for some electron tag and probe chains - !55861 (merged). These changes broke our ART tests involving said chains so this MR fixes the tests in accordance with the new chains in the menu. It also adds standard analysis probe leg chains to the monitoring for direct comparison with probes from tag and probe analyses.
