InDetPerformanceMonitor switch for Run2 style trees

martis/athena:IDPM_R22_Run3_v3 into 22.0

We did prepare a new Tree for Run3, but the InDetPerformanceMonitor code still fills the Run2 trees. Now there is a way to switching off the Run2 style trees
