Adding dedicated YODA class for file report
Adding a dedicated class to trfArgClasses for the YODA file, because many essential parameters were missing from the file report such as entries. For the time being, all values are set to values -1. In the near future, this should be changed by accessing the real number of entries from the YODA file including weights, etc.
