Adding TriggerObjectMatcher functionality for offline TagNProbe + configurable invmass window

Previously, the invariant mass window for tag and probe analyses was hard-coded, this MR makes it configurable via the input dat file. Additionally, the offline code is updated to pass the TriggerObjectMatcher to the TagNProbe class for selection on the object rather than the tracks where possible for TagNProbe analyses.
