AFP Webdisplay - Change of reference to Centrally Managed Reference + major cleanup

AFP reference has been changed to the Centrally Managed Reference.

Configuration has been simplified by using regular expressions and its structure has been reorganized. It has also been split into three files, as different configurations are used for different datasets (years).

The collisions_runPP.config has been removed, as it was not used anymore.
