Drop obsolete dependencies on ParticleEvent and McParticleEvent from GeneratorFilters package

While looking into cleaning up how barcodes are used in Athena I noticed some unused dependencies in the GeneratorFilters package. If these changes look reasonable to you @ewelina, I will mark it as ready.
