Saving xTOBs for jFEX in L1Calo simulation

This MR is meant to create four more SG containers to store the extended TOBs (xTOBs). They will be used for L1Calo studies and monitoring, not HLT path.

The containers are:

  • L1_jFexSRJetxRoI
  • L1_jFexLRJetxRoI
  • L1_jFexTauxRoI
  • L1_jFexFwdElxRoI

Note that they are all xRoI, nothing to do with the RoI containers

Since i removed the testing function of the EDM in the jFEXDriver class. the circular dependency is gone. ATR-22275
