BPHY18 fix

Major fixes made for BPHY18 to run in master: (1) Add back TriggerListORHLTOnly in TriggerSkimmingTool. But trigger skimming is commented out currently in BPHY18.py as the trigger list needs to be updated. (2) Add decoration of LHvloose to electrons in BPHY18.py, otherwise error "AthAlgSeq ERROR SG::ExcBadAuxVar: Attempt to retrieve nonexistent aux data item `::DFCommonElectronsLHVeryLoose" will be reported (3) JpsiFinder_ee.cxx updated according to the one in 21.2
