TrfTestsARTPlots: update q445 inputs and update reference histograms for q449

Updates in the TrfTestsARTPlots package after the inputs for the q445 and q449 AMI tags have been changed:

  • Add explicit input for the q445 test for the moment before switching to a new input with 1k events in a later MR
  • Update reference histograms for the q449 test after inputs change in the AMI tag
