Adding tile into the jFEX decorator

This MR is meant to add Tile information into the decorator. With this three more variables will be available TileEt, tileEta and tilePhi

Also it sets to debug some WARNING messages, since they are not actually warnings.

Also one property is commented out, since the mapping is buggy, we are working on the mappings.
