This MR adds the 'icalonocut' passthrough working points for the Photon isolation in the relevant TrigEgammaHypo, TrigEgammaMonitoring and TrigEgammaMatchingTool packages.
Furthermore, the corresponding isolation variables are added to the TLA EDM in order for them to be saved to the TLA stream, and three new TLA chains with explicit isolation calculation, differing by the photon threshold.
