Renaming Acts: Change Space Point Formation alg name from Algorithm to Alg

Carlo Varni requested to merge cvarni/athena:RenamingActsSpacePointAlg into master

As discussed in !57300 (comment 6063933) with @tbold we are adopting for our Acts algorithm the convention to end the name of algorithm class with Alg instead of Algorithm

This MR part of the renaming of our packages
