Add delta z plots and number of fake vertices plot for IDPVM
Add delta z plots: delta z between any vertex and delta z between the HS and the closest one. They are needed for tracking paper.
Add number of fake vertices per event plot. There are plots of number of matched, merged and split vertices, but no fake.
