IDPVM: Add 2D efficiency map vs pt, mu
We are currently investigating a drop in tracking efficiency at higher pT in the samples used for the run 3 tracking pre-recommendations. These samples use a flat pileup profile, and the efficiency is known to drop slightly at high mu. Therefore, a 2D efficiency map vs pT, mu will help us diagnose the issue.
