Adding DAOD step to two trigger tests for EDM monitoring

This MR adds the aod2daod step to two tests (for MC and data) to allow for regular monitoring of the DAOD size (will be added to the trigger edm size monitoring webpage once up and running).

Marked as draft for now as the analysis steps need to be extended to run the size check on DAOD.

This MR replaces !57359 (closed) which was for 22.0 and now contains the recommended structure.
