Bugfix of the globalEta variable in the jFEX EDMs

Merged Sergi Rodriguez Bosca requested to merge serodrig/athena:updateEDM into 22.0

This MR is meant to solve a problem with the globalEta into the EDM. This will be reflected on the eta coordinate on the C-side (using the mirroring symmetry as the firmware does)
