ISF_ValidationMT: Ensure art compare calls for MP/MT regression tests only run diff-root with the order trees option
Also update test_RUN3_FullG4MT_QS_minbias_MT.sh to use OFLCOND-MC21-SDR-RUN3-07 rather than OFLCOND-MC21-SDR-RUN3-05.
This is required as the legacy configuration loads muon geometry (not actually required), but
OFLCOND-MC21-SDR-RUN3-05 does not contain the required NSW conditions now that they are not hard-coded.
